Maybe you’re retired and on a fixed income. Or you work in the highly important (but not highly compensated) fields of community service or customer service. Or you’re just at a place in life where you don’t have enough budget for market-priced housing in Denver’s very pricey housing market. If that sounds like you, then read on.
Both for-sale and for-rent affordable housing have certain qualifications. The first qualification is income, which needs to be at or below certain levels based on the Area Median Income (AMI). There are other qualifications, especially when it comes to for-sale affordable homes. The process of obtaining affordable housing takes some perseverance. THE RICHNESS OF AFFORDABLE

OUR PHILOSOPHY: HOUSING FOR ALL
We know this philosophy is an unattainable ideal. But it keeps us striving to meet the widest range of needs. We feel affordable housing is more than a nice thing to do. We believe it adds to the rich cultural variety that makes Central Park such a flavorful place. This is why 10 percent of Central Park’s for-sale homes and 20 percent of our for-lease homes are priced in the affordable range. And it’s why our affordable homes are woven throughout the community, not set apart. Because Central Park is more than housing for all. It’s community for all.
